Our Shipping / Pre-Order Policies
- Orders will ship within 3 business days after purchase.
- Pre-orders will ship within 3 business days of the posted release date determined by The Pokemon Company
- Please don't bundle pre-order items with in-stock items. If this happens the entire order will be held until the pre-order items are in-stock.Â
- Product sold is not guaranteed to be "damage free" which includes but isn't limited to slight dings, rips, or tears on packaging / seals.
- Sealed product is sold with the intent of the customer opening the product.
- Please be aware that damage to the outer packaging does not impact the contents of the box.
- We currently don't accept International Orders
- Please remember that the stated business days are: Monday through Friday, and exclude holidays.
