Our Shipping Policy
- Orders will ship within 3 business days after purchase
- PreOrders will ship within 3 business days of the posted release date determined by The Pokemon Company
- Please don't bundle PreOrder items with Instock items. If this happens the entire order will be held until the PreOrder items are instock.
- Product sold is not guaranteed to be "damage free" which includes but isn't limited to slight dings, rips, or tears on packaging / seals.
- Sealed product is sold with the intent of the customer opening the product. Please be aware that damage to the outer packaging does not impact the contents of the box.
- We currently don't accept International Orders
- Please remember Business days are Monday through Friday and do not count holidays.
