Refund Policy 

We have a no refund policy, all items sold are FINAL SALE items. Once an item has shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel, refund, or return it. 

Items such as Trading Cards are sold with the intent of opening. Minor imperfections in the outside packaging do not warrant a Refund or Return of your item. 

To be eligible for a refund or cancellation, you must contact us via email at pokeperkcards@gmail.com within 12 hours of your purchase. All refunds or cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

PreOrders are non refundable, nor can they be cancelled. You may contact (pokeperkcards@gmail.com) with any questions, If your PreOrder is approved to be refunded or canceled, you will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  

Damages during Shipping

Please contact Pokemon directly with any issues regarding the sealed product. Minor tears, imperfections, dents, etc don't affect the contents of the product (packs).

We reserve the right to cancel / refund an order at any time. Your order isn't considered fulfilled until it has shipped. We will contact you if this occurs.
